District Court: District Court in Delaware Reconsiders Prior Ruling and Allows CERCLA Action to Proceed against Corporate Parent
BP Amoco v. Sun Oil Company, FMC Corporation, et al.
Granting a motion for reconsideration, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware recently agreed to allow an action to proceed against a corporate parent alleging that the parent was liable under CERCLA for the acts of its corporate subsidiary.
