Colorado Close to Passing Legislative Compromise on Instream Flows

Although not directly related to the state's drought conditions, a bill pending in the Colorado Legislature this session may provide potential for relief for the environment of stressed streams. Colorado State Senator Ken Gordon introduced Senate Bill 156 in January 2002.
