State Bond Measure Totaling $ 2.6 Billion to Appear on March Ballot
Proposition 40, which will appear on California's March 2002 ballot, provides for a bond issue of $ 2.6 billion for projects that conserve natural resources, preserve historical or cultural resources, or acquire/ improve state and local parks.
