Two Corporations Agree on $90 Million Soil Cleanup at Tom's River Superfund Site in New Jersey
United States v. CDMG Realty Co.
Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation (Ciba) and Novartis Corporation (Novartis) have agreed to bear the cost of extensive soil clean up at a major New Jersey Superfund sites under a proposed consent decree reached September 10, 2001 with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Justice Department.
