U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Reconsidering Arsenic Levels in Drinking Water
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is considering new information which casts doubt on its earlier decision to suspend the scheduled implementation of a regulation that would have reduced the allowed levels of arsenic in the nation's drinking waters from 50 parts per billion (ppb) to 10 ppb (the Arsenic Rule).
