NRDC Recoups Large Fee Award in Clean Water Act Case Despite Losing on Most of its Claims

The District Court for the Southern District of New York awarded over $200,000 in attorneys' fees to environmental groups challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) action on New York state Total Maximum Daily Loads even though the groups lost on 10 out of 11 claims.
