In a ruling issued Feburary 9, 2001, Sacramento Superior Court judge Roland L. Candee interpreted Water Code § 1126 to deny motions to dismiss brought by certain defendants in ten coordinated cases related to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Decision 1641.
