U.S. Announces Three Superfund Site Settlements in New York, Colorado, and Pennsylvania; $46 Million in Costs to be Paid

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) announced three significant Superfund site settlements resulting in payments to the government of over $45 million to cover clean-up expenses incurred at the three sites.
