Sixth Circuit Holds District Court Must Sentence Wetlands Developer in Accordance with United States Sentencing Guidelines

In this case, the Sixth Circuit found that the District Court abused its discretion when it reduced the a developer 's offense level under the United States Sentencing Guidelines after he was convicted of filling wetlands in violation of the Clean Water Act.
